Description

Elaborated on a Belgian style basis, but maintaining a light and pleasant body. Very balanced beer with excellent drinkability, with the bitter hint of hops that remains light and pleasant without overwhelming the character of the malts used.
The yeast, selected for the peppery and spicy aromas it returns, is the one that is usually used not only for Belgian beers but also for high-alcohol beers, in particular Imperial Stout and Barley Wine and is the basis for refermentation in the bottle.
We find a golden yellow color, with persistent foam. Aromas of exotic fruit emerge, in particular banana and light malty hints in the finish.
